Concrete irons, flat wrenches, nuts, bolts and scrap metal parts were just a rusty pile before this ‘femme fatale’ brought it to life. The bust is openwork to let light pass and to give the structure all it’s lightness.
The head is a broken shear grip. The legs of large tractor bolts and the legs of treadmill rods. The body is an accumulation of recycled metal pieces in what is a composition in Dalí’s hommage.
The base is from a tractor part. The hand is made of threaded rods, bolts, nuts and other metal parts recovered from a tractor. The hammer… is a hammer, comrade!
